LSI Logic (formerly
NCR) selected RNL and its team of consultants to master plan its new 100-acre
campus along Harmony Road. The resulting master plan sited two more 120,000
square foot office buildings and two large manufacturing facilities around
a central plaza. The first building designed was the three-story building,
which sits on a 14.5-acre parcel across County Road 9 from the Hewlett-Packard
campus on the north side of Harmony Road. This building, located in Ft.
Collins, acts as a Colorado Headquarters for the high tech company. |
